A few years ago, a friend approached him about a friend of hers who needed an emergency loan. He was skeptical because he didn’t know the individual, and the amount needed was more than he would normally lend.
His friend assured him that she knew the borrower quite well. She suggested that he charge interest on the loan and pay her a portion of the interest for ensuring the loan was repaid in full and on time. They both agreed and it was done. After meeting and interviewing the borrower, Jason agreed to enter into business with his friend.
